UPSON SO BURGLARY ARREST

On March 26, 2021 Ricky Andrew Ard, 37, of 55 Rosehill Drive was arrested by investigators and charged with 2 counts of Burglary. 

Between March 22nd and March 24th , Ard burglarized a residence on North Old Alabama on two different occasions taking power tools and hand tools. Investigators recovered most of the stolen property.

Ard remains in the Upson County Jail.
