CRAWFORD WAS INDICTED BY THE PIKE COUNTY GRAND JURY FOR
THEFT BY TAKING AND VIOLATION OATH OF OFFICE AND HE WAS
SUSPENDED BY THE J.Q.C. HEARING PANEL IN DECEMBER.

BROWN TOLD US--$15,000 THE JUDGE IS ACCUSED OF TAKING—WAS
HIS LEGAL FEES EARNED FROM A CASE THE JUDGE HANDLED
WHEN HE WAS A PRACTICING ATTORNEY BACK IN THE EARLY
2000'S. HIS CLIENT , DAN MIKE CLARK ALSO KNOWN AS TIMOTHY
DAVID CLARK LATER DIED AND BROWN SAYS THERE IS A
DISCREPANCY ON CLARK'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE THAT RAISES
QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED BEFORE A HEARING
SHOULD PROCEED.
