BE RESOLVED BEFORE A HEARING WAS HELD AND THE J.Q.C.
NOTIFIED THE ATTORNEYS LATE MONDAY THE HEARING BEFORE A PANEL
OF THE J.Q.C. WILL BE POSTPONED UNTIL LATE FEBRUARY OR
EARLY MARCH.
THE
J.Q.C. PANEL SUSPENDED JUDGE CRAWFORD IN DECEMBER WITHOUT A
HEARING, SOMETHING ATTORNEY BROWN HAS QUESTIONED.
JUDGE
CRAWFORD WAS INDICTED BY THE PIKE COUNTY GRAND JURY FOR
THEFT BY RECEIVING $15,000 AND VIOLATION OATH OF OFFICE, BUT
ATTORNEY BROWN SAYS THE MONEY WAS LEGAL FEES EARNED BY THE
JUDGE WHEN HE WAS A PRACTICING ATTORNEY.
