SUPPLY FOR THE CITY OF THOMASTON AND PARTS OF UPSON
COUNTY—WHICH MEANS THE MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY MIGHT
HAVE TO MOVE FROM ITS PRESENT LOCATION.
