COKER TOLD 101 NEWS FRIDAY AFTERNOON —HE EXPECTS THE
TRIAL TO LAST POSSIBLY UNTIL TUESDAY.

FREEMAN IN A FIT OF RAGE BUT HIGDON'S DEFENSE ATTORNEY SAID
THE CASE HAS BEEN A RUSH TO JUDGEMENT ---- MS. HIGDON
CLAIMS THE GUN WENT OFF WHEN SHE HANDED IT TO FREEMAN.
