FOR MORE TIME TO SECURE MEDICAL RECORDS OF THE 16 YEAR
OLD FEMALE JUVENILE CHARGED WITH SHOOTING HER MOTHER—SPALDING
COUNTY DEPUTY AMANDA MOORE.

TRANSFER HEARING IS A HEARING TO DETERMINE IF THE
DEFENDANT WILL BE TRIED AS AN ADULT.
DEPUTY
MOORE WAS SHOT ONCE JUNE 12TH AT HER RESIDENCE ON
ETHERIDGE MILL IN GRIFFIN AND HER DAUGHTER WAS TAKEN INTO
CUSTODY A SHORT WHILE LATER WALKING AWAY FROM THE
RESIDENCE.
