18, KEITH GIBSON, 29, AND DESTINY OLINGER, 20.

OTHERS ARE CHARGED WITH MISDEMEANOR OBSTRUCTION FOR NOT
COOPERATING WITH POLICE, JACOB WILLIAMS, 18, KAYLA HEAD, 21,
AND BROOK KNIGHT, 19.

HEARING SET FOR KOSKY AND BAKER TUESDAY WAS POSTPONED
AFTER BAKER'S ATTORNEY WITHDREW FROM THE CASE BECAUSE HE DOES
NOT HANDLE DEATH PENALTY CASES— HEARING RESCHEDULED FOR
APRIL 11TH.
AUTHORITIES
SAY KOSKY AND BAKER ATTENDED A BON FIRE AT THE HOUSE—LEFT
AND RETURNED LATER AND ALLEGEDLY SHOT THOSE FOUR
YOUTHS AT THE PARTY.
