MOTION DENIED DAVID SCOTT BATCHELOR

ACCORDING TO DISTRICT ATTORNEY BEN COKER, FOLLOWING A HEARING MONDAY IN UPSON SUPERIOR COURT, JUDGE FLETCHER SAMS DENIED A MOTION FOR DAVID SCOTT BATCHELOR TO WITHDRAW A GUILTY PLEA FOR CHILD COMPUTER PORN DUE TO INEFFECTIVE LEGAL COUNSEL. D.A. COKER SAID BATCHELOR WAS ARRAIGNED ON A RECENT INDICTMENT OF CHILD MOLESTATION DURING COURT MONDAY AND WAS SENT BACK INTO THE STATE PRISON SYSTEM TO COMPLETE A SENTENCE OF 18 YEARS FOR THE ORIGINAL CHARGE.
