AT
TUESDAY'S MEETING , COUNTY MANAGER JASON TINSLEY REPORTED
TO THE UPSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS THAT RECENT RAINS HAVE
CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE COURTHOUSE AND TO A COUPLE OF OFFICES
IN THE GOVERNMENT COMPLEX.
CREWS
HAVE BEEN BUSY REMOVING WATER FROM THE C ARPET AND PADDING
IN THE MAIN COURTROOM THIS WEEK AND ONE COMMISSIONER SAID
IT APPEARS THE WOOD AROUND THE STAIN GLASS CEILING IS
ROTTING DUE TO THE LEAKS. NO SUPERIOR COURT WAS SCHEDULED
THIS WEEK.
