SOME STRESSES ON ITS SYSTEM.

LAST REPORT THE EMERGENCY SPILLWAY WAS WORKING AS IT SHOULD
BUT RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS ON ADAMS FERRY ROAD AND
MINOR ROAD IN UPSON COUNTY SHOULD BE ON THE ALERT—SHE TOLD
ZOOM NEWS.

ANN REPORTED WATER IS OVER THE BANKS AT TEN MILE CREEK
THAT FLOWS INTO THE FLINT RIVER AND SEVERAL YARDS AND AT
LEAST ONE HOME HAS BEEN INVADED.
