BUILDING DONATED TO THE IDA IN DECEMBER BY BUSINESSMAN
SCOTT BLACKSTOCK.
PROPOSED
SALE PRICE OF THE BUILDING AND SITE IS $800,000, NO WORD
ON THE NUMBER OF NEW JOBS OR INVESTMENT. THE DEAL COULD
CLOSE IN 60 DAYS.
