CASE— BECAUSE HE COULD BE A WITNESS—SAID AT ISSUE IS
A CHECK FOR $15,600 WRITTEN TO THE JUDGE ON DEC. 11TH 2017
BY PIKE COUNTY CLERK OF COURT CAROLYN WILLIAMS FROM THE
COURT REGISTERY—AFTER THE JUDGE ADVISED IT SHOULD BE
DISPERSED TO HIM.
THE
CASE STAYED ON THE BOOKS TILL NOVEMBER 2009 WHEN JUDGE
TOMMY HANKINSON ISSUED AN ORDER THAT DISMISSED THE PLANTIFF'S
COMPLAINT AND THE DEFENDANTS COUNTER CLAIM—A PLANTIFF
REPRESENTED BY CRAWFORD . THE JUDGE 'S ATTORNEY VIRGIL
BROWN SAYS THE PLANTIFF IS DECEASED AND THE MONEY BELONGS
TO JUDGE CRAWFORD, BECAUSE IT WAS HELD OUT FOR HIS LEGAL
FEES.
