LOSS OF $20,000

A  REPORTED  LOSS  OF  $20,000  AFTER  COPPER  WAS  STOLEN  FROM  6  AIR  CONDITIONING   UNITS  AT  THE  OLD  YAMAHA  BUILDING,  WHERE  A  NEW  INDUSTRY,  ANIMAL  HEALTH  AND  SCIENCE  WILL  LOCATE.

THOMASTON  POLICE  SAID  SOMEONE  USED  A  FORK  LIFT  AT  THE  SITE  TO  TEAR  THE  UNITS  FROM  THE  OUTSIDE  WALL.

CREWS HAVE  BEEN  WORKING  AT  THE  BUILDING  PREPARING  FOR  ANIMAL  HEALTH  AND  SCIENCE  TO  LOCATE THERE,  BUT  THE  THEFTS  OCCURED  AFTER  THEY  LEFT  FOR  THE  DAY.  THE  KEY  WAS LEFT  IN  THE  FORK  LIFT.

  1. Don't these people realize that they are impacting the local economy by doing stupid things like this? I hope that this doesn't delay the opening of the new business and impact the employment opportunity for the people that actually want to work for a living instead of steal their way through life.

    Oh yeah, that's right they don't care because they probably already get food stamps and draw some kind of check from the welfare that my tax dollars are helping to fund. I swear people get a life and a real job. You are doing nothing but hurting those of us who actually offer positive contributions to our community and society.
