JUDGE DAVID FOWLER ORDERED MINGLES BAR AND GRILL TO CEASE SALES OF ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES AFTER THOMASTON POLICE FOUND HARD LIQUOR ON THE PREMSIS, MAY 29TH. THE LICENSEE, CHERYL KING WAS FINED $500 AND ORDERED TO DO 40 HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE. THE GA. DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ALSO ISSUED AN ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER AGAINEST THE BUSINESS. MINGLES HAD BEEN DENIED A LICENSE TO SELL LIQUOR BY THE DRINK BY THE STATE.
