POSTPONED UNTIL FRIDAY.

SERVICE WAS CONCERNED ABOUT A COLD FRONT MAKING ITS WAY
ACROSS THE STATE AND OFFICIALS DID NOT WANT ANY REAL
EVENTS TO COINCIDE WITH A DRILL EVENT.
