Upson BOC Chair Norman Allen Remembers Gary Self

Mr. Gary’s passing is a tremendous loss for me personally and for our community and we are devastated by his sudden passing. 

There are few that can match his dedication and love for Thomaston and Upson County and we will miss his presence at our meetings as well as his involvement and engagement. 

Like many, I have lost a dear friend. Liz and I have his family and friends in our thoughts and prayers.
