Lee Fowler, a 1998 Upson-Lee graduate and former Thomaston-Upson School System teacher, was selected Teacher of the
Year for the Frank McClarin Success Academy in the Fulton County School System. Lee is the English/Language Arts Chair and a teacher at McClarin Success Academy. He is the son of Leon and Sandra Fowler of Thomaston.
