A GBI INVESTIGATION REVEALED HARVILLE , OWNER OF A COMPANY CALLED AGRICYCLE , VIOLATED AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF THOMASTON ON DUMPING LEACHATES FROM THE TAYLOR COUNTY LANDFILL IN THE CITY’S SEWER SYSTEM.
HARVILLE, REPRESENTED BY MACON ATTORNEY HALE ALMOND, ENTERED A NOT GUILTY PLEA AT AN ARRAIGNMENT HEARING.
