Saturday COVID-19 Report

The number of confirmed cases in Georgia is 93,319, the number of deaths is 2,857, Hospitalizations 11,743, ICU admissions 2,425.

The number of new cases reported today is 2,826. The mortality rate is 3.06%.

The first four days of July, the state has seen a 14.8% increase in positive cases, more than double the rate of increase for the same time period in June, testing has increased 11.09%.

Upson county reported 3 new cases, Pike 5, Spalding 15, Lamar 2, Meriwether 9, Coweta 12, Fayette 24.

Gwinnett county has the highest number of cases with 9,482, Fulton county the highest number of deaths with 314.
