THE 10 MONTH INVESTIGATION STARTED WITH CITIZEN COMPLAINTS IN JANUARY, AND THE CHIEF SUPPLIER IN THE AREA WAS IDENTIFIED AS BRIAN MICHAEL KILBY, 32 OF 117 F.STREET IN THOMASTON. NTF COMMANDER ALLEN MCWHORTER ESTIMATED KILBY HAS BROUGHT IN $400,000 WORTH OF METH DURING THAT TIME, BUYING FROM HISPANICS OPERATING FIRST IN CLAYTON COUNTY AND THEN DEKALB COUNTY. KILBY’S GIRL FRIEND, ALLYSON BROOK MARSHALL, 30, WAS ALSO ARRESTED.
