THE LOW BID OF 6, MEJA CONSTRUCTION CO. OF JACKSON,GA. BASE BID $8.5 MILLION WHICH INCLUDES CLASSROOMS. ALTERNATE #1 NO CLASSROOMS BUT SOME DRESSING AREA , $7.650 MILLION, STILL MORE THAN SOME BOARD MEMBERS HAVE INDICATED THEY CAN SPEND IN SPLOST MONIES.
