THE GOOD NEWS, THE IDA HAS STRUCK A NEW INCENTIVE DEAL WITH QUAD GRAPHICS FOR UP TO 120 NEW JOBS OVER 10 YEARS. THE BAD NEWS, IDA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR J.R. CHARLES IS RESIGNING EFFECTIVE DEC. 2ND TO ASSUME A SIMILAR POSITION IN HABERSHAM COUNTY IN NORTH GEORGIA.
