Thomaston’s Cam Short and older brother Chas Short will both appear in televised college football games this week.
The first game is tonight when Cam and the 19th ranked Valdosta State Blazers travel to Florence, Alabama to take on the 3rd ranked North Alabama Lions. Kickoff is at 8 pm Eastern and will be televised live on Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast.
Chas is the kickoff specialist for the Furman Paladins who travel to Birmingham, Alabama, this Saturday to take on the Samford Bulldogs, kickoff for the SportSouth televised contest is set for 2:00 pm Eastern.
