PROJECT STAMP MADE A WINDSHIELD VISIT TO UPSON COUNTY, A FIRM THAT WANTS TO LOCATE NEAR MACON. THE ISSUE OF PAYING COMMISSIONS TO REAL ESTATE BROKERS IF THEY BRING A PROJECT TO TOWN, WAS ON THE TABLE. THE IDA DECIDED EARLIER THIS YEAR TO DO IT.
