THAT OUTLAWS SAGGY PANTS. RHODES SUGGESTED THE COUNCIL TAKE A LOOK AT THE IDEA AND ITS EXPECTED TO BE ON THE NEXT MEETING AGENDA. NO PROFILING IS INTENDED, RHODES SAID,ALTHOUGH COUNCIL MEMBER PATSY PERDUE SAID THERE HAVE BEEN THREATS OF LAW SUITS OVER THE DUBLIN ORDIANCE.THE COUNCILMAN SAID THOMASTON POLICE COULD ISSUE CITATIONS IF SUCH AN ORDIANCE PASSED.
