TWO UL STUDENTS SENTENCED FOR ARMED ROBBERY

ACCORDING TO ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY BEN COKER, TWO 15 YEAR OLD UL HIGH STUDENTS ENTERED GUILTY PLEAS FOR ARMED ROBBERY AT KELLY'S CORNER CONVENIENCE STORE ON JAN. 26TH, WEDNESDAY IN UPSON JUVENILE COURT.

THE TWO WERE SENTENCED TO THE MAXIMUM , 60 MONTHS TO SERVE IN A JUVENILE FACILITY BY JUVENILE JUDGE BEN MILLER JR.


SHERIFF DAN KILGORE SAID THE TWO SKIPPED SCHOOL THAT MORNING AND ROBBED THE FEMALE OPERATOR AT KNIFE POINT.
