The City of Thomaston will hold a public hearing to discuss changes to the City Charter and the manner in which the elected officials are elected. The specific provision to be discussed is election by plurality vote versus election by majority vote. The hearing will be February 7, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the city-county meeting room of the Thomaston-Upson Government Complex.
