UPSON COUNTY SHERIFF DAN KILGORE REPORTS TWO INCIDENTS RESULTING IN 3 ARRESTS AT THE U-L HOMECOMING GAME FRIDAY NIGHT AT MATTEWS FIELD.
A MALE SUBJECT WHO HAD A 9 MILLIMETER HANDGUN IN A SHOULDER BAG WAS CHARGED WITH HAVING A FIREARM ON SCHOOL PROPERTY, 20 YEAR OLD KYRESE CALDWELL OF GA. AVE.
SHERIFF KILGORE SAID TWO PERSONS ARRESTED FOR AN INCIDENT INVOLVING A FEMALE JUVENILE STUDENT AT THE ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL , ESCORTED OUT OF THE GATE, AS SUCH STUDENTS CAN'T ATTEND SCHOOL FUNCTIONS. A 14 YEAR OLD FEMALE JUVENILE FRIEND TOOK EXCEPTION TO THE DEPUTIES ACTION AND STARTED A RUCKUS SLUGGING DEPUTY RIDGE O,NEAL THREE TIMES IN THE FACE AND GOING TO THE GROUND WITH HIM. AN ADULT FEMALE, 32 YEAR OLD SAMATHA MILTON OF COBBOWN ROAD INTERFERED IN THE ARREST AND SHE WAS ALSO CHARGED. BOTH CITED FOR FELONY OBSTRUCTION AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT. THE FEMALE JUVENILE WILL BE ON THE JUVENILE COURT CALENDAR.
