OFFICE COMPLEX IN THE FORMER DOT BUILDING ON ANDREWS DRIVE
IS CLOSED BECAUSE OF BATS NESTING IN THE OFFICES.
THE
CHAIRMAN SAYS THE COUNTY HAS HIRED A PEST CONTROL COMPANY
TO REMOVE THE BATS —A PROTECTED SPECIES.
PERSONNEL
IN THE PUBLIC DEFENDERS OFFICE, MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING
AND SEVERAL OTHER OFFICES WERE TOLD TO VACATE THE
BUILDING FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK.

SEASON FOR BATS.
