THE COUPLE IS ACCUSED OF HOUSING 8 PEOPLE AGES 23 TO 65, WITH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DISABILITIES IN THEIR BASEMENT WITH NO EXIT, DISCOVERED BY A CITY OF GRIFFIN FIRE-RESCUE EMPLOYEE WHO RESPONDED TO THEIR HILLANDALE HOME TO ASSIST A PATIENT HAVING A SEIZURE.
CURTIS BANKSTON CHARGED WITH 7 COUNTS OF FALSE IMPRISONMENT AND SOPHIA BANKSTON CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT OF FALSE IMPRISONMENT.
