UPSON SO CRACKDOWN ON 4-WHEELERS AND DIRT BIKES

UPSON COUNTY SHERIFF DAN KILGORE SAYS HIS OFFICE IS MAKING CASES ON 4-WHEELERS AND DIRT BIKES RIDING ON ROADWAYS AND COUNTY RIGHT OF WAY-- BECAUSE THEY CAN'T LEGALLY TRAVEL ON EITHER ONE.

THE FINE FOR SUCH AN OFFENSE IS A MINIMUM OF $550 AND 20 HOURS COMMUNITY SERVICE--AND THE SHERIFF CALLS IT DANGEROUS TO THE PUBLIC AND TO THE RIDERS.
