AFTER A CHASE THROUGH CENTRAL GA. , A MOTORIST WHO SHOT AND KILLED A CRISP COUNTY DEPUTY, WAS ARRESTED BY MONROE COUNTY DEPUTIES, WEDNESDAY MORNING. MONROE COUNTY SHERIFF BRAD FREEMAN SAID DEPUTIES RECOVERED A STOLEN PATROL CAR OUT OF CRISP COUNTY AFTER A CHASE ENDED ON I-475 . THE GBI REPORTED A DEPUTY IN CRISP COUNTY PULLED OVER A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE TUESDAY NIGHT AND WAS TOLD THE SUSPECT WAS WANTED FOR BURGLARY AND WEAPONS CHARGES. CRISP COUNTY S.O. SAID THE MOTORIST SHOT THE DEPUTY , STOLE HIS PATROL CAR AND FLED THE SCENE.
