GA. SEC. OF STATE IN UPSON CO WED.

GEORGIA'S SECRETARY OF STATE BRAD RAFFENSPERGER WAS IN THOMASTON, WEDNESDAY AND MET WITH ELECTION OFFICIALS INCLUDING BOARD OF ELECTIONS CHAIR ROBERT HANEY AND COUNTY COMMISSION CHAIRMAN NORMAN ALLEN.

UPSON COUNTY IS SCHEDULED TO RECEIVE 77 OF THE NEW VOTING MACHINES WITH A PAPER TRAIL PRIOR TO THE MARCH 2020 PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY. ONE OF THE NEW VOTING MACHINES IS ON DISPLAY IN THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE IN THE DRAKE BUILDING OF THE GOVERNMENT COMPLEX.
