ARREST IN D.Q. BURGLARY

A BURGLARY WAS REPORTED EARLY SATURDAY MORNING AT THE DAIRY QUEEN ON NORTH CENTER AND BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON THE THOMASTON POLICE DEPARTMENT HAD A SUSPECT IN CUSTODY.

CHIEF INVESTIGATOR MONICA SNIPES SAID 59 YEAR OLD LARRY SPENCER OF 410 EAST THOMPSON STREET HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH BREAKING THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW WITH A BRICK AND ENTERING THE D.Q. ITS NOT BEEN DETERMINED IF ANY MONEY WAS TAKEN.

THE SUBJECT IN THE SECURITY VIDEO WAS WEARING A BLUE VEST AND OFFICER MATT ALLEN SPOTTED SPENCER ON THE STREET SATURDAY AFTERNOON WEARING A BLUE VEST.


WEEKEND BURGLARIES AT LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA AND MICKEY'S FOOD STORE ON NORTH BETHEL ARE STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION.
