DEFENDANT FAINTS IN UPSON SUPERIOR COURT

A DEFENDANT IN UPSON SUPERIOR COURT FAINTED MONDAY WHEN HIS PROBATION WAS REVOKED AND HE WAS SENTENCED TO 2 YEARS, 3 MONTHS IN PRISON.

MARK BLAND WAS CHARGED WITH POSSESSION METH AND POSSESSION OF A FIREARM WHILE A CONVICTED FELON, NEW CHARGES AND JUDGE FLETCHER SAMS REVOKED HIS PROBATION.


EMS RESPONDED TO THE COURTHOUSE AND TRANSPORTED BLAND TO THE E.R. AND HE WAS ADMITTED TO UPSON REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, ACCORDING TO SHERIFF DAN KILGORE.
