20 YEARS TO SERVE IN AN UPSON DRUG CASE

ACCORDING TO ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY MARK IRVIN, A GUILTY VERDICT IN A JURY TRIAL IN UPSON SUPERIOR COURT TUESDAY-- DEFENDANT QUINCY JOHNSON SENTENCED TO 40 YEARS—20 YEARS TO SERVE IN PRISON FOR POSSESSION COCAINE INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE AND TWO WEAPONS CHARGES.

JOHNSON ALSO CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF A FIREARM IN COMMISSION OF A CRIME AND POSSESSION FIREARM WHILE A CONVICTED FELON.
