A DRUG DEFENDANT FOUND GUILTY IN UPSON SUPERIOR COURT

IN UPSON SUPERIOR COURT, THURSDAY, A JURY DELIBERATED ONLY ABOUT 15 MINUTES BEFORE FINDING A FLORIDA MAN, FRED LEE CROMARTIE GUILTY OF TRAFFICING IN COCAINE AND MARIJUANA.

JUDGE TOMMY HANKINSON SENTENCED CROMARTIE TO 30 YEARS, 20 TO SERVE IN PRISON AND A $200,000 FINE.


CROMARTIE WHO WAS STOPPED DRIVING A RENTAL CAR IN THOMASTON, DID NOT TAKE THE STAND DURING THE TRIAL.
